How long does it take?
We offer fast shipping from 6 locations Cincinnati, OH,
Reno, NV, Seattle, WA, New Jersey, Texas or Florida
depending on proximity and availability. Most orders are
delivered within 4 to 6 business days for faster shipping
choose Express delivery 1 – 3 business days (Outside of the
48 continental United States shipments are shipped via USPS
- shipments may take longer) of being placed. We will notify
you within 24 hours if items you ordered are out-of-stock.
How is it shipped?
Orders are generally shipped UPS ground (UPS does not
delivers to P.O. Box) or USPS.
Expedited shipping options and quotes are available at
checkout.
Orders shipped from multiple warehouses may incur additional
shipping charges.
Orders cannot be picked up at the warehouse.

What is your Return Policy?
If you have a problem or discrepancy with your order such as
incorrect or damaged items, please
fill out the return form within 5 business days to get a
Return Authorization # and we will make
arrangements at that time to correct the problem.
Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Altered garments are not returnable. Shipping and handling
charges are not refundable. Returns must be authorized by
Apparel for U. Returns without a RA # will be refused.

Cancellations
Cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Order cancellation can only be made before shipment.
Once shipment occurs, the return policy is in effect.
Backorders
No backorders. If an item is unavailable it will be removed
from the order, and you will be notified. Your payment
method will be credited for the item not available at the
time of your order.

Sales Taxes
Only California
residents are subject to paying sales taxes unless you
hold a valid resale permit, in which case we will
require a signed resale certificate on file.

Nonprofit Sales Tax Exemption
Although many nonprofit and religious
organizations are exempt from federal and state income
tax, there is no similar broad exemption from California
sales and use tax. The IRS states
